On baseless arguments

Not likely to listen & see

Actual state of things

When question of conflicts

Of superiority positions

Do not permit to accept

Suggestion from juniors

When you don’t think wise

To tell lies & misguide

But can’t disclose facts

Due to sensitive situations

When you want to convey

Disapproval on matters

Without offending feels

And continue nice relations

When you like to forbear

And suffer in silence

But never hurt feelings

Of own dear & nears

The silence is Golden Rule
